Be on the lookout! You may have already heard: pink flocks of flamingos will soon be migrating to Albuquerque. If you are a resident, listen up: The gaudy pink creatures could be landing in your yard soon!
The Sandia Band Boosters has come up with a new fundraiser that will surely raise a few feathers! Under the cover of darkness, flockers will be responsible for moving the flamingos from yard to yard. These colorful birds may adorn your lawn with a special message attached, instructing you how to get rid of them. But first you will have to endure being the “flock of the town” and live with the pink pairs for at least one day.
